Very satisfied with this car rental experience.

The overall service was pretty good! However, possibly because of time constraints, the car only had four bars of fuel, which made it hard to estimate the fuel level when returning the car. I ended up refueling two extra bars. Additionally, since it was my first time renting a car in Kuala Lumpur, I didn't know that most highways require a Touch 'n Go card for tolls, and there are many toll booths on the highways. It was quite chaotic, as I had to reverse from the card lane to the manual toll lane, which was very dangerous. I hope QEEQ or the rental company can remind or assist renters, especially first-time customers, to prepare a toll card in advance to avoid such unsafe situations.
