1. Please note that our branch staff will contact you to confirm your arrival time and pick-up arrangements. When you arrive at the airport, please call the branch, and our staff will deliver and hand over the car to you at the airport. 2. If you arrive at KLIA Terminal 1, please go to our office located at Block D, Terminal 1 to pick up your car. 3. If you arrive at KLIA Terminal 2, please wait in the Arrival Hall on Level 2, Door 1. 4. Our store's business hours are from 08:00 to 22:00, but it may close earlier based on daily reservations. 5. Therefore, if your flight is delayed, please be sure to contact the store or customer service 3-48 hours in advance to inform us of your late arrival to avoid any issues with picking up your car. 6. The grace period is 1 hour. 7. Any delays or late notifications resulting in a failed pickup will be considered a NOSHOW.

The vehicle description on the booking page was vague and did not meet our needs for a 7-seater with luggage space. The car had over 230,000 kilometers on it. When we communicated about returning the car early, they suddenly increased the price at midnight and demanded an unclear service fee. Most importantly, while other rental companies take a pre-authorization hold as a deposit, they directly charge an amount. If you don't notice and ask for it back, the money is gone.

First, this company doesn't have a physical store. The car pickup and drop-off are done at a gas station near the airport, which feels extremely unsafe. Second, the car was in terrible condition and couldn't be exchanged. It had already driven 200,000 kilometers. The brake pads were squeaking, and there were mold spots in the seat crevices. This is the dirtiest and worst car I've ever rented in my life. Finally, the staff had no concept of time. We waited for half an hour for the car, and the guy showed up very late. For the return, we arranged the return time more than an hour in advance on WhatsApp, but the guy did not adhere to it, leaving our whole family waiting in the car.

Excellent, no flaws. The car had 40,000 kilometers on it, and we drove 3,600 kilometers in 2 weeks, spending 480 on fuel, which was very economical. There were no issues with the vehicle. Malaysians drive by the rules, and the parking lots are spacious and easy to park in. I am used to driving right-hand drive cars, so there were no problems.

The day before departure, they automatically contacted us via WhatsApp. Most importantly, there was no rental deposit required. We were fined RM50 for a parking violation, and the QR code on the ticket didn’t allow us to pay the fine online since we didn’t have further details as renters. Ultimately, the rental company handled it, and we paid RM50 in cash when returning the car without being charged any additional processing fees. Great service!

After arriving at the airport, no one was there holding a sign to pick us up. Before our departure, someone added us on WeChat, but after arrival, they didn't answer WeChat calls. It took 10 minutes for someone to respond, saying they were on their way and needed 20 minutes. In the end, we waited 40 minutes. The car pickup experience was poor.
