The service was great, very friendly and helpful. He helped me use the GPS and was very attentive at the pre-inspection pointing out miniscule scratches which I overlooked.

pretty old car compared to the rest of the car rental company in KLIA, cockroaches crawling inside car. engine rattling and sometimes hard to start up car. Time to replace aging fleet

I didn't get the car exactly as I had booked. I booked a Honda crv (medium suv) but the car received a nissan x-trial which is a small suv. However, the car that gets received can drive well. There is no problem. In summary, I am not satisfied with not getting the car as I have reserved.

1. Car smell likes old rug with sweat smell 2. Tires are different between front and back which is Continental and Ling Long. Also, tires are out of date should be replaced which almost kill us as it couldn’t hold on the road when it’s raining. Importantly, I checked their pressures. The left front was 26 which is lower than usual 31 and right front was 40 which is higher than usual 31. 3. The functions of the car is very poor. The side mirror is manual adjustment which is very old fashioned for 20 years ago. Even my first car is electrical adjustment. Air conditioner couldn’t changed the temperature. I tried to set the temperature to 30 celsius degrees. It turned out to be cool mist and temperature still 20 celsius degrees. 4. No ABS which is very crucial as I drove to Cameron Highlands and Genting Highlands which have many steep turns. This car almost killed us when I drove back. There were many steep ramps and I lost in control with the wheels. Brakes were locked. I had to used the hand brake. The car almost fell from the road and dropped from mountain clip. The car was on the opposite side of the road almost be hit by the car from the other lane. Luckily, they saw my car was not in control and they stopped in time. 5. No remote key . 6. I couldn’t start the car more than 10 times It’s very scary as i was on mountain. 7. When I turn, the car had noise sound like broken shock. 8. Window wipers were in wrong place. Poor visibility and wipers were broken. After it wiped u can see that the water still left on the window. 9. When I drove the car on the straight road, i found that the car was always go right. 10. The steering wheel is very heavy likes it’s not a power steering wheel. I asked to chang the car when picked up but the officer said that no car at all which was not true as I saw many car in that parking lot. I never encountered with the poor car like this car before in my 15 years experience of driving.

The staff doesn’t speak much English and the car was unwashed and dirty.

European is giving second disappointment. First, car air conditioning broke down and requires car be changed giving us inconveniences. Second, car was not at designated location although it had been confirmed via email. Please improve.

The car given was an old car; may be 10 years old model with lots of scratches. As our flught to KUL was delayed by 4 hrs, we could pick up the car after midnight. Though we, me and my father, managed to make the staff mark many scratches on the vehicle at night, it seems a couple of scratches were not marked. This was pointed out by the EuropeCar staff at drop off, who treated me & father badly. The scratch seemed rusted and atleast 2 months old. We are frequent travelers and this is the first time ever we were treated as if we did some grave mistake, that too after giving us an old car with lots of scratches. The staff who spoke to us rudely commented that he will check with EuropeCar management before releasing MYR 1000 taken as deposit. Please take this up with them and kindly help to get us the deposit without delay. Thanks Renjith

We rented a new car.

The car is a bit old but driveable. The staff is helpful and friendly. We only take 10 min. to drive off.

予約時間にも関わらず車の準備が出来てなかった上にガソリンもないとの事で事務所で1時間近い待ち時間が発生しました。車両コンディションは問題ありませんでした。

Overall good. Couldn't find the staff at the entrance when returning the car, but the service attitude was great!

Not bad, picked up the car at 3 am. The staff was quite enthusiastic and upgraded the car model for free. The car's condition was average, having already driven over 40,000 kilometers, but the body was covered in scratches almost all over.

The service was good, but the car condition was just average.

The car was an old model Nissan Serena. When returning the car, I found it had been hit in one place. I am unsure if this happened before or after I rented it, but I ended up having to pay 400 MYR. Additionally, paying by card required an extra 300 MYR fee.

Car was ready for me when I arrived and the staff was very professional. Delayed was caused by the card limit on my debit card.
