Very satisfied! There was an issue with illegal parking, but the staff helped make a quick phone call to resolve it immediately. They were very friendly, and both picking up and dropping off the car were easy to find. It was a great experience overall.

As I'm familiar with this type/model of car, it was what I expected. Initially though I was given an alterative car as the one I was suppose to have, had just been in an accident, but Enterprise sorted the replacement I should have had in reasonable time. Any issues I did have Enterprise were very quick & helpful to resolve. Generally enterprise & their staff were good & I'd be happy to use them again.

The lady at the counter in Birmingham Airport wasn't friendly at all, tried to upsell but I had to deny. so she even got more upset. however, I am used to in it as I rent 200 days of a year from different location in the UK and Ireland. hence I am very much aware of their cons and pros.

The car was excellent, Helen helped me on arrival in the Pick up office as I did not understand the details correctly and went straight to the pick up. I was very pleased with the service and staff. I only had one problem with the vehicle regarding the rear hatch, apparently it had jammed so wouldn't open and also could not lock the car.

The vehicle we received was spacious and overall pretty clean. There was some minor damage that wasn’t on the report and before we left we had to report it and get the record amended. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall very good service and we would recommend and use again

Brand new car in great condition. If I were to rent from them again I would phone for pick up at Birmingham Airport as soon as I was leaving the plane as the only draw back was that we waited 25 mins to be collected. That meant that the kids were cold and restless so started running around. This is not a safe combination in a car park. This wouldn’t have been an issue if I was travelling alone or with just adults. Staff were very friendly and all was explained well.

Mauvaise indications sur la réservation QEEQ pour trouver le bureau Greenmotion (il faut prendre un train en direction de la gare, pas un bus comme indiqué dans la réservation). Nous avions payé pour une réservation “full to full” pour le plein de carburant. GM nous a informe que cela n existait pas chez eux et ont imposé un “same to same”. Voiture réservée type Opel Crossland X ou equiv (volume de coffre 410l). Voiture fournie par GM était une Kia Stonic (volume de coffre 352l) qui était donc beaucoup plus petite que ce qui était prévu. Extérieur du véhicule sale au moment de la location (l intérieur était OK).

I have used Green Motion a number of times and have always had a good experience bar picking up the car which always seems to take a while. However during this rental period I was left feeling very disappointed and angry with Green Motion. Upon leaving the car, I was told it was too dirty (I had used the car on a couple of country roads and the motorway) and as it’s winter and it has been raining there is dirt on the roads so the car had mud splashes and mud debris from the pushchair inside the car. I was told that due to this the car would need to be valeted at a cost of £96. I had a flight to catch so could not take the car to clean it myself. Had I been made aware that the car needs to be returned clean, I would have cleaned it myself. Never have I been told that a car I have used is too dirty. I was gob smacked and pissed off at the charge. So much so that I will not use this company again.

Pick up was great - even though my flight was 3 hours late and I arrived at the pick up after 11pm the guy was great. He had been keeping an eye on my flight and nothing was too much trouble for him. Drop off was different. The girl checked the petrol and mileage and told me everything was ok. I asked for a receipt to say that I had handed the car over - she said it wasn't necessary and that I would receive an email. I am still waiting.

The car was in excellent condition. I actually picked this car up from the Thrifty Birmingham branch. Staff were not helpful at all. They required several documents, it's not really a smooth and easy process. Also when taking the car back, it seemed like the guy was trying to find any excuse to not give me back my deposit. He first started with saying the tyre pressure was low and then suggested my petrol was low. It took him over an hour for him to give me my deposit back. Extremely poor service.

We had to wait quite a while while a customer in front of us who was being charged an unseen cost was being dealt with. In the end they left without taking the car. We then had some delay as were told that had to have a utility bill - something that was not declared up front and obviously not something I would have to hand. Finally we were given a car which had been marked no damage but there was a large dent on it. Thankfully we checked otherwise we may have had a large bill (which would have down to the companies lack of thorough checks prior to rental). So overall a disappointing service at pick up.

Like: It’s a quick and easy online transaction to hire the car. Upon airport arrival the office is with all the other hire car companies located AT the airport. The staff are super friendly and the car is always ready for you. It’s certainly the best company I have used and I will continue to use again and again.
Dislike: There can be a lot of up-sell at the counter and this time round the car wasn’t filled up right to the top but I didn’t notice until I had left the airport. It was only a fiver or so.
