The staff was very attentive and answered all our questions thoroughly. However, the previous customers had a lot of questions, so we waited half an hour for our turn.

One of Budget's locations is inside a hotel. We arrived an hour later than our scheduled time, and picked up the car in the hotel's parking lot. Although it was my first time renting a car overseas and I was a bit nervous about possible issues, the staff's service attitude was good. I hope I won't receive any local fines afterward.

The car was brand new and maybe a bit of an upgrade for us...it was a pleasure to have such a nice car on our vacation.

No it was too dirty inside.
