Cheap rental for short usage

The pick up was very late and the process at the counter took longer than expected. We told them we had dinner booked and were going to be late. It was explained to us that they were training someone. The trainee was very pleasant and apologetic. Could do with a more noticeable vehicle/sinage at pick up as nearly missed it.

Good staff. I have been renting with them for a few times now and the Heathrow location is one of the best that I have rented out from.. Reaching the location is a circuitous route but the folks at Easirent are professional and do not hassle their customers...

The car was good but unacceptable wait at collection of nearly 2 hours. This was the case for lots of other customers too.

Didn't have my chosen car group when I got there, offered me a massive 7 seater truck which I didn't want and I had to wait over an hour for a car to be returned. It wasn't washed properly or hoovered inside. On the plus side it was perfectly OK and a nice car to drive so I wasn't too bothered but it definitely could have cleaned better

Dislike: Rather short on staff at Aberdeen airport. I usually have to wait as there is only one member of staff for several customers
