I was given a better car ,an Audi A3 Turbodiesel wich was great except for the slippery,vibrating (unbalanced) Pirelli tires. AVIS please don't put these tires on your cars!!

The company representative was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, we received a very old car, meaning it was full of scratches and technologically outdated — an Audi Q3 from 2019 without reverse sensors and without a rear camera. Additionally, some safety systems were non-functional, such as the lane-keeping assist, which was disabled. I’d like to remind you that it’s 2024, and I expect an international rental company like Avis to have modern vehicles, not ones that are 5 years old.

New model, low mileage car that was clean inside and out. The counter staff was friendly and courteous. The process of picking up the car and returning it was fast and efficient.

Didn't respond to our call for child and baby seats availblity. However they were able to find seats on site after a few minutes.

The store operates on time, starting work promptly at 7 am. They are efficient, don't push unnecessary sales, and carefully confirm every detail of the order.

First time renting a car abroad. I visited the area earlier in the morning to check it out. This shop is located at the port, not far from another AVIS store—make sure you don’t mix them up.
