Excellent service and good value for money

Pre-authorization turned into intentional charges. It's been two months since we returned, and still no response. Very low efficiency.

They wrongfully charged for a full tank of gas even though I returned the car with a full tank. The inspector marked 'full' on the fuel gauge, but I was still charged an extra £150. The car was great, and both pickup and drop-off went smoothly, plus I got a free upgrade to a Mercedes. However, the final billing was very disappointing.

Very bad experience. I booked a Mercedes C but was not informed of any alternatives when picking up the car. I ended up with a Kia at the parking lot. In Australia and New Zealand, there were always alternatives or even upgrades. The difference this time is too great. I won't book with Zuzuche again. Beware everyone. Also, I just received the bill and was charged £51 unfairly (even though the car was checked for damages upon return and I was told the deposit would be refunded within a week).

Great communication - had a query, called the pick up location and all was explained prompt and efficient

Great, easy booking, good value for a short holiday, availability of a vehicle from an airport which is not central - had difficulty in finding a provider for pick up location, very happy that came across Easyrentcars.

Dislike: A little too long at collecting vehicle
