Easy peasy, super breezy.

First, I had to wait in line for over an hour. The staff at the front desk didn't clearly explain where to pick up the car, so I wandered around searching for the pickup area for this brand. After finally finding it, I couldn't see any staff for quite some time. They showed up very late, which wasted a lot of my time.

When I went to complete the paperwork, I had to wait in line for almost an hour. Despite having paid in full, they came up with various reasons to change the car and charged me an additional 899 USD for highway fees, upgrades, and other miscellaneous fees.

The car rental company added extra charges up to $200 without the customer's consent.

They tried to sell extra insurance at pickup. Make sure to carefully check for any additional charges before signing. Just insist you don't need it, and it will be fine. The car's condition was good, it was a fuel-efficient, lightweight Japanese car, and the speed was decent. Returning the car took only a minute.

I had to spend the double, just because the sold me at the counter "you don't have any insurance, if there are any damages you have to pay full value of the car". that's a scam. Really unfriendly. Car was much smaller than the one provided with the reservation
