Search for PAYLESS Car Rentals in Portland

Good value overall

About PAYLESS: 8.8 /10
Like: Enjoyable vehicle (2019 Kia Sorento)
Dislike: I was quoted $5.99 for roadside assistance. I thought that was the total cost, but actually that was the per day cost x 7 = $42. I would not have added it if I had known it was that much.

Counter service was great from the one woman -- but she was the ONLY one, so a 15-minute wait.

The car had dents, scratches, & several other marks on the passenger doors. When I notified them of the damage I was told to just take a picture. It was a bit excessive & asked for a different car. I was told to just take a picture that I wouldn’t be billed for it.
