Easy pick up and drop, car in excellent condition, no problem whatsoever

Located in the city center, directly opposite the South Australian Museum and next to Westfield, the store is very easy to find. Dylan at the front desk was very welcoming, explained everything clearly, and the procedure was simple, requiring a pre-authorization of 200 AUD. Once the paperwork was complete, you can independently pick up the car from the parking lot on the fifth floor. Returning the car is equally straightforward; just park the vehicle, hand over the car keys and the parking access card, and the pre-authorization deposit will be released within three to five business days. I received the refund notification the next day.

The staff did not push insurance as strongly as mentioned, and they informed us that the insurance we bought through the rental agent requires that we pay first and then claim compensation from the insurance company through the agent.
