Very satisfied. No need to wash the car; just refuel and return. You can choose the car when picking up, and the return process is quick.

Rented a car in Melbourne's downtown, the location was relatively easy to find. The rental service staff were two older men who looked like musicians from some band, very friendly. They even discussed Chinese characters with me (mentioned during signing). They also helped me set up the phone connection to the car's central control and gave me some traffic tips.

Very good

Very good, just don't rely too much on GPS guides as they can sometimes mislead you!

Met the expectations

Able to find a good vehicle
