They still have a hold on my card for some reason I’m trying to figure out why that’s my only problem it’s been five days no one’s calling me back

The bill was difficult to understand. Waited too long at the counter to get a vehicle - there were 3 people already at the counter -we were next and took 30+ minutes to get a car - everything was prebooked.

Ace, in my opinion, is misleading customers about tolls. We spent 140.00 for a program that we would otherwise have spent $1.50 for each of two tolls by paying cash. We were told you couldn't pay cash and going without their coverage would have cost $50.00 per toll in penalties because the toll booths were unmanned. This wasn't true.There were collectors at each toll booth. Going to the Attorney General with this.

We didn’t get small car as we booked- they didn’t have any and we received suv which we had to pay suv fee and more in gas and harder parking .

Like: The staff members were very efficient and friendly. I was reminded that FL has a lot of tolls, so I was asked if I wanted to pay the toll fees upfront. I ended up using 'more' than what I paid for. Thank goodness. I saved money because of the reminder. The place itself looked shabby, but you don't want to hang out in a rental car place anyway, so if business is taken care of, you're good to go, then go! Business was well-priced!
