Ace was a shuttle ride away. Pleasant CS but promoted w/in JAX airport but was not, we had to pick up car & drive 3 more hours to our destination. It was an exhausting day of traveling. Also mislead by $45 pre-paid fuel. Don’t recommend buying like we did. Not pro-rated. Not explained well at pickup. Cost exceeded booking $. Never had this happen b4 with Ace.

Misleading / marketing that Ace was at JAX airport. Was off-site & added an extra hour to our long trip.

they will do their best to get more money out of you. they offered the $3 upgrade to more than one person while I was standing. if you complain about the car they give you for any reason, they will tell you they don't have another one in the same price range, but if you pay an extra $3 per day they will get you a better car or a car without whatever you complained about. other than that, the staff seems nice. but the whole process lacks some integrity. shuttle drivers are nice people

Like: Fast Shuttle experience, great customer service, and friendly staffs. We received the car that was better than what we had imagined. Thank you.
Dislike: The rental location is a bit too far, but the shuttle was fast.
