В целом норм, но долго

The vehicle wasn't checked for ADBLUE upon delivery, which caused it to not start. The roadside assistance was extremely slow and poor – waited 5 hours. They claimed to have emergency assistance, but I had to call a taxi myself and was promised reimbursement which never happened.

The car was in a rather poor cosmetic state. Mechanically, it was in good order,

The process is somewhat strange. Prices are fair, but feel that the app could be better arranged.

it was not written that after 23:00 will need to pay extra - very disappointing

The entire pickup process was appalling. The ticketing system in place doesn't work (people push, miss their numbers and return later) and we had to wait for well over 2 hours past our pick up time. One of the staff members was also quite rude (although the lady who eventually served us was fine). Each customer took so long to deal with - they really need to modify the collection process.
