Had to wait in line a bit during pickup because there were some unusual customers ahead, like those without their own credit cards or wanting to use cash as a deposit. The staff handled it all calmly. Returning the car was very smooth, with the staff completing the inspection quickly.

Immediately attended upon arrival, no one ahead, got it done in 5 minutes.
