Awesome rental company, really impressed with them.

The rental process was well-organized, the staff were very friendly, answered questions patiently, and there were no upselling attempts. Very satisfied.

The only issue was that i was expecting on-airport pickup when in fact there was a mini bus to the depot which wasn’t advertised so I had no idea where to go. Having asked at many other hire companies, a taxi driver told me to wait in the bus area and a bus would possibly arrive. Everything else was first rate and I’ll still use Alamo

Most competitive rates for my needs and such an easy experience - Thanks, will use again and highly recommmend

Like: The helpfulness , staff knowledge about car , the offer to switch the Sat Nat to my language a great help
Dislike: Nothing , one of the easiest collection and drop off of a rental car I have ever done
