Very convenient, the car is very new

Pickup and drop-off were very fast. The staff was very friendly and took good protective measures during the pandemic. They even helped call an Uber when returning the car.

The car was in good condition, and renting was convenient. You can switch cars yourself, which is quite considerate as it saves you from having to rush back to return the car. There are few automatic cars. I booked an automatic, but there were none available at the store, and waiting took a long time. I had no choice but to switch to a manual. Not sure if the price difference was adjusted.

The whole process was really easy and the gentleman who served me when I picked up the car was so friendly and helpful. The car was as per my booking request and was clean and well maintained. The drop off was super easy and again, the gentleman that served me was very friendly and courteous.

Very easy platform to use and the apl was useful too.

Slow pick up process. Not clear that digital registration required upon arrival. Queue jumping for ‘priority’ customers whilst the rest wait.
