A perfect car rental experience, the car's performance and condition were excellent. During this trip, we had two incidents, First, at the hotel in Monterey, we broke the rear car window while parking. We immediately contacted the rental office. Unlike other parts of the car, the window had to be fixed urgently to avoid hindering the trip. Much praise to the rental company for having a similar car sent over from San Francisco that night. They drove three hours and delivered it to us at 4 AM! Second, on the way from Big Sur to Bakersfield, we accidentally took a very dangerous mountain road. We drove for two hours along a winding cliffside road and were very worried about the car's condition. But the car performed splendidly even on such a challenging road, thanks to its powerful engine. We appreciate the rental company and have decided to continue renting a car for our trip to Los Angeles on the 15th.

Very convenient, and the staff were very friendly. They recommended additional insurance options, but after discussing it, we happily declined.

Good choice of cars, easy to upgrade without seemingly being penalised. Some degree of up selling for toll pass and fuel but did not take this up. Have rented a few times with Dollar and they have always been very good with no problems.

Easy site to use, I needed to cancel and rebook my booking and this was very easy to do. WI'll use again.

Like: best rental adventure ever...the ability to pick any vehicle in your category is a great bonus...vehicle was almost new, got great fuel economy, and was fun to drive
