Overall pretty good. But it was dark and raining heavily when I picked up the car, so it was a bit rushed. The staff only asked if I wanted to buy the highway toll for 180 dollars, which I agreed to without carefully checking the receipt. The next day, I found out there was an extra 300 dollars for insurance. Careless! But later I thought, full insurance is not a bad idea. Still, Dollar should have asked. Also a reminder for renters to pay attention themselves.

2 of our party of 8 arrived 2 hrs earlier. Even though the car was not in their exact name, the gentleman at Dollar was astute enough to ask the right questions so that the car could be picked up earlier by my son to get all 8 of us en route to our destination.
