Nice and easy

We picked up and dropped off the car at different locations. At the pick-up site in central London, there was only one staff member present, and there were some language barriers. Additionally, the staff was unfamiliar with the car's navigation system, which led to us getting lost. At the airport drop-off, the staff were highly professional, warm, and patient, which moved us deeply. Their work ethic was commendable. We will definitely rent from this company again next time.

The cars at Europcar were in excellent condition, but they really pestered us for more than 3 hours to give us the car

Easyrentcars.com is the best booking platform I've encountered! A smooth booking experience with amazing prices! Highly recommended!!

Car was good value and staff were very helpful.

They dont appear to be prepared to make clear resdy in time for orderly pick up. After droo off I realize I have my mobile phone mount/holder left in the car. No one from Europcar kind enough to inform me to pick up the item.
