The service was okay, but we had to wait over 40 minutes to pick up the car, which is rare for a rental company to be unprepared with a vehicle.

The car rental process was smooth. The first car had a broken turn signal light, but they replaced it right away. However, the second car might have been operated incorrectly, causing the battery to drain. Since it was Sunday and the rental company was closed, I had to get help from a local mechanic to jumpstart it. I recommend checking the user manual before driving.

The store is located inside Paris Saint-Lazare station and is easy to find among a row of car rental shops. The procedures were simple and completed within ten minutes. The car was very new, with just over 4,000 kilometers, which in China would not even have passed its first maintenance. The unlimited mileage was great; this trip covered over 4,000 kilometers.

Really well priced, easy to collect and set up, and great app. Also easy to change the booking to extend and return to another location.

What an incredibly wonderful experience! When we arrived to pick up the car, the lady at the counter realized that the car that we had booked was much too small for the four of us plus luggage. She was extremely nice and helpful in finding a solution for us which she did and in less than 20 minutes, we had an amazing car and were on our way. I was impressed by the level of service and of the friendliness and efficiency of the lady at the counter who took care of me. Because of her, I am now a lifetime customer of Europcar!
