I want to praise the man behind the counter, but the guy should explain me the car, was a disaster.

I only inquired about whether insurance was needed and whether the car should be returned with a full tank, other than that they didn't bother me with unnecessary details, which was nice. As for the car model, the staff selects it for you (with company A, you can choose a car of the same specifications in the parking area yourself). If you have specific model requirements, you might want to ask when they confirm your order. I used to always go with company A because they had an automated pickup machine which saved dealing with staff. This time, I found out that the automated machine was shut down, and I had to wait in line to talk to the staff.

Pay attention to the fuel gauge and take photos of the car condition when picking up and returning the car.

Very good and convenient. Renting a car is the best way to travel in the USA.

Counter staff very helpful. Got a nice upgrade as no jettas or similar available.

Price drop protector good. Don't force customers to include insurance. Some of us don't need it as we have insurance from elsewhere and need to keep costs down.
