Beware. Car clearly hadn’t been checked before renting out. AdBlue warning came on after 30 minutes. Despite checking the car back in, and the vehicle having a thorough inspection at that time, and getting a full refund of the deposit, Enterprise proceeded to charge me 2 weeks later for a nail in a tyre. This was clearly a vindictive act just because I complained about the state of the vehicle.

The staff was very friendly when picking up the car. The return process was self-service and straightforward, very efficient.

The car model was not as good as advertised.

Better than GREEN MOTION. Rented a Buick LaCrosse, but it was quite scary without the parking sensors.

Enterprise's service is good. I picked up the car at Heathrow Airport and returned it at Edinburgh Airport. During the trip, I had a minor accident while avoiding a lamb, and the front left of the car got scratched. I had to wait for the rental point at Heathrow to assess the damage, which would take a month. After returning to my country, I didn't know how to follow up on it. I hope it won't be too troublesome. Everything else was fine. The car was brand new and easy to drive. Choosing an automatic transmission was definitely a wise decision for driving in the UK.
