Very satisfied, upgraded to a Mercedes A200. The rental staff were very enthusiastic, escorted me to the car for handover on-site, and kindly pointed out several parking locations for returns. I’ll rent from this company again if I get the chance.

Staff member Canan was excellent. He made our day. Totally hassle free. Canan could give courses on customer service.

The car wasnt ready at the appointed time, and we had to go buy lunch and come back, before it was ready. even then it took over two hours to get organised. we werent the only ones that day everybody was waiting over a few hours for their cars.

Easyrentcars by comparison were a breeze to deal with.

Car was good value and staff were very helpful.

The car supposedly wasn’t ready when we arrived. He spent a long time trying to up sell us because we would have to wait another 45 minutes for them the fill the petrol tank? It was already 1hour after the booked time when we arrived. I said we’d wait rather than pay more. The car arrived 10 minutes later. It was a bit dirty.
