The tall African American guy was very nice, providing thoughtful advice and guidance.

The system clearly showed available cars, but the American girl insisted we upgrade. We specifically went to the parking lot to take photos as evidence, and only then did we get the Camaro. The old gentleman at the parking lot was from Guangdong and taught us how to open the convertible. Great service.

Hertz should have informed us about california road tolls and how to set up system to pay them. We found out too late ! Not good

They didn’t have the car I reserved and then offered me a minivan instead for twice the price. Do they not understand what a reservation is?
