Not bad, but it seems unreasonable for customers to bear extra costs just because the car model was upgraded to a larger one (the rental company claimed that the compact option was only a small electric car. Considering the inconvenience of charging and my unfamiliarity with it, I did not agree).

Hertz is truly a big company; the entire process was very organized and user-friendly. The vehicle provided was in excellent condition. When we picked up the car, we noticed some scratches on the wheel. After showing photos to the service desk, they said it was fine. Upon returning the car, they simply checked the odometer and fuel level and completed the inspection. They had held a $200 deposit when we picked up the car, which was promptly refunded to our card after the inspection. It was really fast.
