Not bad. When picking up the car, they just informed me that I didn't purchase the insurance from their company, and if an accident occurred, the deposit would be deducted. After I mentioned I had bought full insurance through the rental platform, they didn't say much and handed over the car as usual.

No insurance upselling, short waiting time, satisfied.

This is my second time renting from Italy Car Rent. The process is straightforward and convenient. Although the pre-authorization deposit is relatively high, as long as the car is returned without damage, there are no issues.
