There was no one to assist with the vehicle inspection during pickup, making it impossible to identify various issues on the spot. As a result, I had to purchase full insurance from the store to avoid potential disputes.

Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient. The car didn't have a full tank of gas, so I had to refuel it and ended up being more than half an hour late in returning it. The car was also very dirty and I thought I would be required to wash it, but the staff member said it wasn't necessary.
