Very satisfied

It was my first time renting a car in the U.S. It was very convenient.

It's okay

1. I had prepaid in full, but I still had to pay an additional $3.5 upon pick-up. This is clearly unreasonable! 2. Despite prepaying, the platform didn't transfer the money to Hertz, causing me to wait for 4 hours before getting the car! For prepaid orders, the car rental company must hold the car for 24 hours! 3. The facility fee should be clearly stated in advance, not after the charge has been made!

Pick-up and drop-off were both very quick.

Usual attempt by man on counter when collected car to make us purchase even more insurance and he got stroppy when we refused it as we understood that we were already fully covered.

Price was high but hoping it will be a better price next time we book.
