The staff member was very helpful and explained everything clearly. The process was very simple. As I had bought third-party insurance from QEEQ, they provided extra explanations. Overall, it was a good experience. I wanted a brightly colored car, but they didn't have one. They recommended upgrading to a small SUV for $5 a day, which was great.

Bookings and pick-up and drop-off were straight forward. The Budget vehicle was almost new and was a pleasure to drive.

QEEQ once again got me a good deal with a reputable car rental company.
