Although the communication was entirely in English and my English is not very good, everything was manageable. From picking up the car to dealing with a flat tire and getting a replacement, the service was friendly and dedicated. Thank you.

Our flight did not match the booking time, requiring us to pick up the car a day earlier. Communication was difficult until we met a fellow countryman who was a supervisor in the hall. She enthusiastically helped us resolve the issue and provided excellent car usage suggestions. Unfortunately, we did not exchange contact information at the time, and we don't even know her name. Such a pity.

Strangely, Budget had removed the overcast from the car which meant extra care had to be taken not to get the fixed carpeting dirty.

The car was the same category as booked but with smaller trunk space which wasnt appropriate for us

The staff in the Miami airport branch of Budget were rude and unhelpful. They were dismissive and very confusing. When we asked her for clarification (e.g. about the complex fuel arrangement and insurance) she didn’t explain anything and was constantly talking to a colleague throughout the booking process. Also we stood in line for over an hour which wasn’t ideal. The car (Ford Mustang) was great but was pretty dirty on the inside and clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a while.

Great experience from start to finish. Easy process and good communication. The app is also very handy.
