The front desk staff in New York was a handsome young man. He was very nice. The car model I wanted was unavailable, so he upgraded me to a premium model for free. However, I felt it was a bit large and was hesitant. Just then, a small car returned. I asked to switch, and he immediately helped me change the booking without any fuss. He also reminded me to drive safely and informed me that half a tank of fuel was sufficient when returning the car. This red Kia Soul is really great to drive.

Short queues. They give you the car location, and you take the car by yourself. You handle everything independently.

The car had a bold and powerful appearance with impressive horsepower! The in-car navigation and sound system were excellent!

Waited well over half an hour to pickup car — there were four staff at the registers but it was *very slow*

Everything says ‘print voucher’ but there isn’t a button to do so, or a download sent by email. Very frustrating as it implies that picking up without documents would be ‘wrong’. Otherwise it’s good.
