Waited well over half an hour to pickup car — there were four staff at the registers but it was *very slow*

Everything says ‘print voucher’ but there isn’t a button to do so, or a download sent by email. Very frustrating as it implies that picking up without documents would be ‘wrong’. Otherwise it’s good.

The car wasn’t clean. Mirrors were not in good condition which is a hazardous situation. Avis wanted wanted to charge $100 for dropping the car off at another Avis location Nearby

They didn’t come with me to inspect the car. This made the process quicker but I was worried they would think that I had scratched the car in places it already was. Also, the fast pass for toll lanes didn’t work. They should have provided much more clear instructions on how to use this.
