Car was good. I only had a problem with Hertz as I had a late flight and called them directly as I am a member and asked if I could just go straight to my car. When I called and said I was a member, they asked for my membership number and then they proceeded to cancel my original reservation and rebook it and a much higher rate without telling me. Why? Who knows. This caused confusion at pick up to say the least. I took the car and decided to sort it out later. QEEQ took care of this for me after I called them and explained what had happened.

No hidden charges and no sales pitches. The wait time was a bit long—over an hour—but that's understandable since there were likely many flights arriving at the same time. I booked a Corolla, but when choosing the car, there were actually SUVs available. To save on fuel and for safety, I opted for the Altima, which can be considered an upgrade. The return process was very efficient; while we were moving our luggage, the staff member had already completed the inspection and sent the final bill to my email.

Not bad, the rental process was very simple. My windshield was broken by road debris during the trip, but the return process was smooth; the insurance covered it and everything was fine. Good job.
