When returning a car to Budget, they ask if there were any collisions and if you've cleared your belongings from the vehicle. Once you've answered, simply hand over the key and you're done. You'll receive an email within twenty minutes.

The counter staff and car inspection staff were very enthusiastic. Of course, they recommended other insurance options before we picked up the car, but when I politely declined, they immediately proceeded with the rental process and explained everything in detail. Very satisfied.
