Great pickup service – they clearly explained the pros and cons of each model, let me choose from several cars, and even suggested I go with the newest Outlander.
They really should’ve cleaned the car before handing it over. The front windshield was pretty dirty, and driving at night in the rain made it really hard to see—honestly felt unsafe.
Overall the service was super convenient. The staff knew exactly what they were doing and explained everything clearly, so all the info was easy to understand.
I rented a Toyota Prado but ended up with a Ford Everest. The return instructions were inaccurate, leading the navigation to the P7 parking building entrance while the actual return location was elsewhere.
