Picked up car was not cleaned at all (interior). We had to wipe the back seat since something was spilled in it.

My name was not separated on my reservation as it showed in my confirmation. It made my first and last name as my first name. Counter person argued with me at 1 am that they couldn’t rent to me because of that. He called a manager to take care of the issue but something like that should have never happened.

Agent made a mistake and I was there longer than I expected. I had to call my bank to get authorization number to complete transaction
