The car provided was a bit larger than the one originally booked, it was a MG. Didn’t like the red color, the original booking was black. Refilled fuel on the way back, and found it difficult to locate a gas station in the city. Had two bars left and was charged 87.43 dollars for fuel, enough for a full tank. Parked the car from midnight to 8 am in a paid parking lot, was inexplicably charged 118 dollars, exorbitant parking fee when it clearly stated 15 dollars per night. Fell into a trap.

After returning the car, I handed it over to the staff without any issues. Once I returned to my country, I found out that nearly 10,000 RMB had been deducted from my account. They claimed I didn't refuel the car, and that I had used one car for 11 days when I only rented it for 4 days. I contacted customer service and provided my flight ticket and refueling receipt, which led to a refund of just over 400 RMB for the fuel. When I inquired further, they said it was all insurance charges. How could insurance for a 4-day rental cover 11 days? Additionally, when they deducted the amount from my credit card, a transaction fee was already taken. Even after the refund, I'm still out on the transaction fees, and there's over 9,000 RMB unaccounted for. Is there any chance I would rent from you again?

The counter staff were confused and did not know anything about the money I paid ($120 approx) to Qeeq. they Still have no closed out the rental agreement even though I returned the car five days ago.

The car was well maintain and process of collecting is shirt and simple.

Easy and convenient Pay the necessary during booking and no additional required upon collecting the car.

Annoyed that they hit you with extra insurance sales talk as explain that I have booked through another party and hard to sort out insurance if anything goes wrong
