The service was excellent.

When returning the car, there was no one in the parking lot to check it. A staff member said someone would check it later, and then I had to rush to catch my flight. My credit card was later charged 35 NZD for a fuel difference. I had refueled the car before returning it and only drove a few kilometers. The rental company charges you without negotiation.

British English is quite difficult to understand. The pickup and return point is conveniently located a 3-minute walk from the terminal. However, the snow chains cost an additional 5 dollars per day, and we didn't use them at all. I thought they were provided for free when booking.

The service was good. This time, the car rented at the airport had the engine warning light on when we arrived in Auckland. Later, we drove back to the airport branch to exchange it. It would have been better if the EZI Auckland city branch could offer a free replacement, so we wouldn't have to drive to the airport branch to exchange the car. Overall, the service was good and still worth recommending.
