Helpful and efficient

I took diamond membership for car rental and the deals, $1 freeze are very useful and the prices I have paid seem competitive so far. What seems less useful is the booking.com extra 7% which is rarely available, the price drop protector which on my 4 rentals kicks in at 5% but the price has never dropped by more than 4%, and all the coupons which aren't applicable

Pretty good overall and pretty fast. One of the female staff was really friendly and helpful. The guy was Indian and a bit harder to understand. They told me if I paid an extra 48 yuan for their insurance I wouldn’t have to pay any excess, but I’d already bought the full domestic coverage QEEQ recommended, so I didn’t take it. Returning the car was smooth. I took photos and videos when picking up and dropping off the car, just in case.

The counter staff was extremely rude from the starting point and as a result I will NEVER EVER hire a car if the supplier is Hertz. I would rather take a taxi.

As above, our rental was a 2023 Ford Ranger (Wild track).

Like: The cost of the car. Really liked the fact that we didn't have to pay for a relocation fee which usually is more than the cost of the rental.

Like: Easy quick transaction
Dislike: I understand that being 70 years old could result in higher rental fees. To avoid this I arranged for one of my daughters to do the driving. This is the first case of age discrimination that I have experienced since qualifying for a Gold Card.
