The car was very new and ran smoothly.

Picking up the car was quick. They did try to sell me insurance, and when I mentioned I already had comprehensive insurance from home, the staff emphasized that any damage would cost me 3000 AUD. After the paperwork, they gave me the keys and directed me to the third floor to find the car. It was very convenient!

The staff had a very good attitude, communicated clearly, and provided efficient and comprehensive service.

Rented from Melbourne and returned in Hobart. At that time, Budget was the only company that could meet this requirement. Both the rental and return processes were smooth. Later, I received a charge of 16.84 AUD, probably due to a traffic violation.
