Mostly great, but the pick-up could have gone smoother

The counter staff in particular Mr a Patel was very rude. I've emailed a complaint to Green motion regarding what ID is required. On their website & on the recorded information when you call the branch they state you only need a driving licence & proof of address, I didn't arrive on a flight. I had to return back home to get my passport a 40 mile round trip.

Our experience at pick up was horrible. There were 4-5 other costumers present when we were, and all of them were angry and engaged in arguements with the counter staff. The terms and conditions misled me: I didn’t realise I needed a passport in addition to drivers licence photo card in order to collect the car. They let me have it anyway for an additional £300! I was tired and just went with it...

1) I DID NOT GET THE CAR THAT I BOOKED OR SIMILAR 2) THE GUY SERVING AT THE DESK WAS VERY VERY RUDE, NO MANNERS, HAD NO TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, IT WAS AS IF HE WAS WAITING TO CATCH A FLIGHT. THE CAR THEY GAVE WAS NOT ADEQUATE. 3) I WILL NOT BE USING GREEN MOTION EVER AGAIN. PERIOD. 4) I SHOULD GET FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATION 5) THE GUY SERVING AT THE COUNTER NEEDS LEARN TO LEAVE HIS PROBLEMS AT HOME 6)
