Mostly great, but the pick-up could have gone smoother

Although it is a small rental company (it's easy to find as it is located right off the airport shuttle), the service is quite professional, and the staff is very friendly. You don't need to show any translated driver's license, nor do you need notarization. The process of picking up and returning the car went very smoothly! To our surprise, we got a Honda compact automatic car similar to a Fit, with plenty of passenger space and fully equipped with a panoramic sunroof, cruise control, paddle shifters, and more. It was also very fuel-efficient!

As in the title. They are OK. Charge for everything, don't be late! But vehicle was fine as was return process. No Issues, check your car before taking it out just to be happy.

I did not pick the car up as the counter staff did not know where the car was and expected it to take around 45mins to find and bring the car over to the airport.

Like: Cheap
Dislike: Pick up process really slow. And as I was in a rush, I didn't really pay attention to the fuel gauge but I'm pretty sure it wasn't full as there was no way it took over 1/4 of a tank for me to drive to Cambridge and back.. approx 70 miles.
