Mostly great, but the pick-up could have gone smoother

Crap, lazy and often rude customer service. I waited over an hour to pick my car up (making me late), and I had to ask many times for receipts and copies of paperwork. When I dropped the car off it was a very fast process. However, I had to follow the staff member very closely around and in the car when returning the vehicle, as he kept trying to run away from me - maybe trying to add problems with the vehicle that weren't there?? He also said we checked out a satnav on the form and that we didn't return it - we didn't even take a satnav in the first place! I got an overall dodgy vibe from the whole experience.

Green motion takes a little long on pick up and they try to upsell unnecessary insurance. Vehicles usually good condition and price is competitive. Location is usually away from terminal at airports. Would use again of price is right

Katie at Birmingham airport was fantastic. Katie was hospitable, provided great options, helped with all ours queries with a fun and positive disposition. The return was concerning because the details in the system were incorrect and the insurance deposit hold was not released from our Cr card causing problems with purchases in other shops.

Scammers. Ripped us off by only accepting our credit card to pay the deposit IF we paid an EXTRA £117 fee for 'insurance' which we did not need (i prepurchased extra insurance with easyrentcars website). Also requesting over £75 for excess mileage now 46 days after we already returned the car. Will never hire with them again, and recommend that no one else does either. They seem cheap because they rip you off in other ways. Avoid at all costs.
