The vehicle needs engine oil maintenance, and the waiting time during rental is long. They still rented it to customers.

The pickup location is relatively easy to find following the store's directions, although it's a bit far. The staff clearly asked if I wanted to add full insurance. Unlike some employees at Europcar who lack credibility.

Provided a new car, but the staff kept pushing for insurance.

They were easy to work with.

The car was as promised. Service at the counter was good and quick. The only problem was that I had problems with the shuttle from the airport to the OK-Mobility location. The shuttle driver didn't agree to take me and it took a long time to get there, maybe an hour or so. It would have been helpful to have their phone number. But once at their location, service was excellent.

Booking was relatively easy. Price protector didn't work for me but maybe priced didn't go down.
