The staff at Kennedy were really polite. I originally booked a car with Dollar, but due to a locked credit card, I had to switch the reservation last minute. I initially reserved a Toyota Camry, but they gave me a Kia W5. I noticed one of the tires had low pressure, so they replaced it with a Chevrolet Malibu. Although I felt the Malibu was a lower tier than the Camry, it was around 4:30 PM and I still had a 5-hour drive ahead to my destination. Because of the language barrier, I just took the car and left. Nonetheless, the staff were very accommodating, checked my order, confirmed I had full insurance, and asked where I was headed to determine if I needed an EZPass. Overall, I am satisfied.

The wait for pick-up was far too long, especially after a long flight. At first there was only one person at the desk for a long line of people. The key to the car was manual (i.e., without a clicker to lock it), which was somewhat inconvenient. At the drop-off at SFO, my wife fell, and the Budget attendants where extremely caring and helpful, and insisted that they drive us to the terminal.
