Overall, pretty good. It was my first time renting a car, so I was a bit worried, but everything went smoothly. At the airport, it was easy to find by following the car rental signs. However, the pickup process took a bit long, around 20 minutes. I originally booked a Suzuki but paid a few hundred yuan at the shop to upgrade to a Volvo XC60. The car was very new, with only a few thousand kilometers, equipped with a built-in navigation system and heads-up display, which made driving very smooth and convenient. Toll fees didn’t need to be paid on-site since the car had something similar to ETC in China.

The staff assisting with car pickup was very friendly. They only asked, as a routine, whether I wanted additional insurance, and they explained the car usage and return policies quite clearly. I was driving alone and originally planned to take the ferry, but due to limited space caused by too many RVs, I couldn't board. The next ferry wasn't scheduled for another three hours, so I had to take the road the entire way. Fortunately, the car was in good condition, equipped with automatic driving assistance and being a hybrid model, it was also fuel-efficient (Norwegian fuel prices are truly expensive).
