Large car rental company, reliable. However, the cross-border fee is different from what is shown on the platform.

The paperwork took an hour. Initially, they said there was no automatic transmission available, then they gave me a diesel Renault. The problem with this big car was that I couldn't drive it out of the parking lot, so I had to come back and exchange it. It was quite a hassle. Even though I had already bought full insurance, they still made me buy insurance. Since I don't understand Spanish, they said it was a deposit that would be refunded. I was with my child, so I signed it. Later, when I asked the rental company, they confirmed I already had full insurance. Just a reminder, do not sign if the amount doesn't match when you pick up the car!

No car was available, so Hertz provided one, but they required an additional insurance purchase.

Great brand, excellent service. The car had only done over 5000 kilometers, practically new. Awesome!
