Bus shuttle didn't come in 30 mn despite 2 calls and confirmations that the bus will arrive in 5 mn. Pick up location was correct. Had to take a taxi. We lost 1 hour.
The original return location was supposed to be in Sydney city, but we were told to go to the airport instead, which made returning the car very troublesome.
Car smelt of cigarettes as if someone had been smoking inside the vehicle. Understaffed counter with poor information on picking up. Vehicle was similar to what we had booked but not the same.

Waited for ever at the counter, then told car ordered was not available, had to take another car without compensation. Would of been stranded at airport otherwise. is suspect Europcar always put a low priority on customers who book through 3rd parties.
