Both pickup and return were very convenient, with no extra charges or upselling.

Everything was fine and efficient. Only problem is the amount of information you are bombarded with at the hire desk. We made the mistake of paying for fuel in advance instead of filling up ourselves on return of the vehicle. We were told there was a large difference in fuel prices between Alberta and BC, but this was not so.

The platform worked well and provided very competitive car hire rates.

Everything went smoothly, and the service was good. The young black man who helped us change cars was very responsible.

Unfortunately no car was available when we arrived there was a delay in getting our car the staff were helpful and sympathetic. Everything esle was smooth and easy.

Although I did not know if QEEQ at the time and was a little worried, I got a great deal on a good car with no surprises or issues.

Excellent service from pick up to drop off. Would definitely use them again if we need to hire a vehicle again.
