There were no issues with picking up or using the car. I rented it for just one day, so I didn't purchase their insurance and had a €1200 deposit held. The ridiculous part happened a day after returning the car when €98 was deducted from the deposit. I contacted customer service, and they explained it was a cleaning fee. When I returned the car, it was midday, and the staff mentioned it was the last shuttle before their break, so they rushed us off without properly inspecting the car. I then asked customer service for evidence of the car being dirty since we only rented it for a day, didn't drive through muddy areas, and absolutely didn't smoke or anything like that. It couldn't have been so dirty to warrant a €98 cleaning fee. The photos they eventually provided showed two small spots on the back seat, which made no sense because the two of us never even used the back seat. Finally, after almost two weeks of appealing to the Zuzuche (Car Rental Platform) customer service, they only refunded half of the charge. This whole experience was ridiculous. Here's a tip for everyone: make sure to inspect the car in person and do some cleaning before returning it.

Before picking up the car, you can contact them via WhatsApp. They will send pictures to guide you to the shuttle bus location at Bari Airport. Upon arrival, the customer service is very good. They also offer to upgrade to full insurance on-site. I spent around 250 euros for four days. It's not cheap, but in Europe, it's better to pay for peace of mind.

The service attitude was extremely poor, and the waiting time was very long. The staff were slow and inefficient. When returning the car, I waited for over half an hour and no one came to assist. Additionally, when I picked up the car, there were long scratches and dents. When I mentioned the condition of the vehicle, the staff said it didn't matter. I was a bit careless and didn't document it, but it turned out the rental company didn't note it either. When I returned the car, they claimed the car body was damaged. Fortunately, I had purchased full insurance, and when they checked my insurance details, they stopped talking. Otherwise, I likely would have had to argue endlessly. In short, I highly do not recommend this car rental company! Regarding insurance: although this rental company has cheap rental fees, buying full insurance on site is twice the price compared to buying it online. I didn't buy insurance online, which turned out to be a costly mistake.

A supplier to be wary of, expect to be forced to spend 300 euros.

Was really disappointed in the car we were given. I paid for a Ford Fiesta, which would have been big enough for our luggage, and got a Lancia Ypsilon.

It was great that my rental car was rebooked for a lower price, but not at the expense of having the size car I booked.
