Great service attitude. Remember to take videos and photos during pickup and return for evidence just in case. After inspection, this car rental company released the credit card authorization without any issues. I rent cars frequently, and this company had no unusual problems—everything was very reasonable.

The staff was very friendly. My English is not very good, I can understand simple words but get confused with long sentences. He patiently explained everything to me over and over. He said that they need to authorize 1200 euros on my credit card, which I initially didn't understand and got scared because I thought they were asking for an extra 1200 euros. I told him I had already paid for everything, including the most expensive insurance. He explained that the insurance money doesn't go to the company. If there is an issue, they need to charge my credit card first for repairs, and then the insurance company reimburses me. I finally understood after his long explanation.

Car was dirty inside and out.

Excellent staff. Lots of people waiting for the car and thus we had to wait a little ~30mins) . Would rent from them again.
